The depth and breadth of her experience has involved the successful delivery of several complex multimillion-dollar programs of work across Banking, Insurance and Government sectors.

Over the last 15 years she has led and supported globally distributed software development teams, responsible for project delivery and mission-critical operations for a wide range of enterprise technology applications. She is zealous about creating a high-performing, engaged, Agile culture, one that is continuously transforming, adapting, evolving and striving to deliver what matters to people, businesses and communities.

  • Coach and mentor to divisional managers and Champion of the Agile practice within the Queensland Government, Big 4 Bank in Australia, large Bank in Malaysia and Energy company in the Philippines. ​
  • Coach to multiple scrum teams across financial platforms; helping project teams to decompose legislated obligations of regulatory programs of work and ruthlessly prioritise and force rank features. Introducing and embedding a solid delivery governance frameworks and building an environment of psychological safety. ​
  • Facilitate workshops throughout the delivery lifecycle and training from “the back of the room”.
