Laura’s consulting experience includes:
- Led a team to implement Agile Ways of Working across 8 cross-functional teams at a State Government department resulting in 90% improvement in planning and prioritisation, 88% increase in employee engagement, 72% improvement in work efficiencies and 50% reduction in work-related stress
- Led a team to design the strategy, 2-year roadmap and operating model for an emerging information technology start-up, successfully resulting in $10M funding from a venture capital investment firm
- Led the design of an agile operating model for the Fruit and Vegetables department of an Australian supermarket, solving team alignment through minimising handoffs between teams along with reducing duplication of work throughout the end-to-end value chain
- Led a team at a G20 funded organisation to onboard and introduce Agile ways of working for 15 Agile teams. Led the capability uplift of the 15 pilot teams across two international offices resulting in increased staff efficiency, engagement and morale. Teams were subsequently able to secure an additional $20 million funding
