After 20 years of corporate marketing I am addicted to agile and helping teams develop new ways of working.
Agile employs cross-functional teams to create a product, service or campaign. The onus is upon the team to consistently test whether what they are developing aligns with what the customer values most.
Agile values collaboration. It is sometimes tough to practise and demands the team be greedy for feedback and gutsy listeners.
