Bio:

Michael’s career stems from a passion to understand things at the intersection of people and technology. He started as an engineer building real-time communications systems for critical public infrastructure. Later he held roles in product development, sales, investing and consulting in Australia, South-East Asia and Europe. For a decade and a half Michael held senior roles with The Boston Consulting Group where he was known for making data informed decisions to unlock maximum potential.

He brings comprehensive experience building, designing and managing complex technology systems for large corporates and government.

Michael has:

  • Worked closely with C-Suite clients to create whole of organisation change programs to restructure organisational and operating models
  • Using approaches based in systems thinking and multi-disciplinary design, challenged existing management and organisational structures to create more innovative businesses
  • While working as an investor, guided boards and executive teams to transform their business
  • As a consultant aligned organisational capabilities, roles and behaviours to corporate strategy
  • Worked extensively with boards and management teams to help solve their largest problems
  • Assembled and guided teams to help organisations change in short duration projects that deliver ongoing and sustaining benefits
