Nick has over 20 years of global B2B Sales and Tech Leadership experience, having worked with clients across EMEA, North America and beyond. His expertise lies in executive-level client relationship management, corporate innovation, business development and building high-performance teams.

He has previously led his own management consultancy, been the head of innovation sales at SAP, where he was a trusted advisor to many clients and has led IT organisations within BP and Novartis. He brings a depth and breadth of experience as Growth Partner having worked with large corporates and startups across the world.

Prior to joining ADAPTOVATE, Nick held various leadership, sales leadership and enterprise IT leadership roles at organisations such as SAP, MicroStrategy, Novartis and BP.

Selected engagements include:

  • Nick has led innovation programs at large corporates across CPG, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Retail e.g. developing new business models and with a focus on productivity & efficiency.
  • Nick has also mentored and coached startups with Stanford Graduate Business School’s IGNITE Program and in his own consultancy across multiple industries to help them hire, sell, grow and take innovative products to market.
