James leads ADAPTOVATE’s Scaled Agile tooling business, building efficiency into scaled agile ways of working by implementing Atlassian’s global market leading enterprise Agile at Scale software. He is passionate about delivering commercial value through technology solutions. He has built new technology products in enterprise and startup environments over 20 years in the telecommunications, technology and finance industries, and consulted to startups and incubator programs to guide development of new business models.
