  • Agile op model SME, upholding best practice and optimisation projects across the organisation​
  • Facilitating innovation workshops with senior leadership teams to drive continuous improvement​
  • Led the design and implementation of an Obeya room and quarterly objectives for the Marketing department at a major Australian bank ​
  • Mobilised multiple squads for an Enterprise Agile transformation(~200 people), upskilling through training, alignment to objectives and on the ground coaching​
