Murray is an internationally experienced organisational change professional with proven results in complex, high profile, transformation programs. Murray recently led large change programs at Aware Super, Commonwealth Bank, CEB (now Gartner) and at 6 Olympic Games.​

Murray is passionate about coaching leaders and their teams to develop their own agile capability. Designed and delivered a new leader-led agile delivery approach within a life insurance business to address high profile issues raised in the media. This successful approach was rolled out to 3 other divisions​

Within a bank’s mobile payments team, leveraged design thinking to lead an early go-to-market team for an innovative new payments app, which is now in market​

Led the change management program for an end-to-end transformation of a superannuation firm’s back-office division. Murray was recognised through the prestigious CEO Awards for exceeding objectives and regaining their #1 industry ranking​

Led world-wide project teams for 6 Olympic Games, including Rio, Sochi, London, Vancouver, Beijing and Sydney. For example, in Sochi, Russia he consulted to the local executive team in large workforce scaling to directly grow their team from 8 to 5,750 people in 18 months.
