Sean leads the Product business that provides our clients with intelligent digital products to help sustain ways of working and transformation successes. Sean is passionate about bringing the best out of people, having led many major transformation programs within the banking, automotive and government sectors. He also has a strong interest in product innovation and start and scale-ups after running his own digital start-up in the arts for four years.

Led global consulting team delivering Agile operating model and coaching services to large banks in Australia and South Africa
Led an Enterprise Agile transformation program to a major bank in Finland and New York
Managed program to deliver the largest core-banking transformation program in Australia
Led an enterprise-wide transformation program (Agile) for a major European automotive company
Managed a number of risk, analytics, data and business intelligence-based projects (Agile) for two major Australian banks
Mobilised complex risk and compliance-based projects (Agile) in response to ASIC and APRA enforcements and regulatory change
Established a project and innovation practice for a major Japanese automotive business
