EAP – Professional and confidential counselling service for team members and their families

401(k) Match – ADAPTOVATE matches up to 100% of deferrals up to 6% of Plan Compensation per pay period.

Life Insurance and AD&D – Basic level of life insurance and AD&D fully paid by ADAPTOVATE. Team members can purchase additional coverage for themselves or their families.
