We are a capital projects portfolio of a large multi-national oil and gas company. We have struggled with challenging market conditions and are looking for an opportunity to deliver projects faster and more efficiently. We would like to launch a new planning and delivery cycle to improve alignment and delivery of high value projects, that will deliver on our significant growth ambitions. Can you help?
In collaboration with the oil and gas company, ADAPTOVATE created new QDC (Quarterly Delivery Cycles), that resulted in:

By working alongside the client ADAPTOVATE were able to:
- Designed and installed a Quarterly Delivery Cycle (QDC) to align leaders and teams around high-value strategic projects and execute on priorities
- Coached leaders to establish Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and take ownership of outcomes and plans to achieve results
- Installed a priority management framework to shape opportunities and bring visibility of projects in queue to stakeholders
- Installed a program management framework and included all stakeholders to collaborate in the planning of capacity, funding, dependencies and constraints
- Measured impact of QDC to prove effectiveness and promote case-for-change for scaling QDC more broadly across the organization
- Developed a change management program to support individuals and teams on their journey and highlight successes
