Ashwini specialises in enabling autonomous and high performing teams built on the foundations of lean-agile values and mindset. She has more than ten years of experience in technology consulting and digitaltransformation, in addition to performing Agile coach and Scrum Master roles. Clients were in the UnitedStates and Asia Pacific, focusing primarily on mining, finance, life sciences and the public sector. Adesigner by profession, she is passionate about solving complex problems, creating a collaborativeenvironment and bringing new perspectives to the room.
Ashwini’s selected engagements include:
- Engaged as an Agile coach for design and development of the vision state of the Agile CoE operatingmodel of a global oil and gas corporation in Kazakstan. Coached 8+ Agile coaches to launch and trainScrum, Kanban and Scrumban teams for capital projects.
- Worked with CoE leaders to co-design and establish the Agile academy and competency maturityprogram for Agile CoE to support Agile@Scale of a top-tier Malaysian bank
- Supported 11+ Agile CoE coaches within a major Malaysian bank toward advanced fluency andcompetency. Trained and coached them for fundamental skills in facilitation-as well as self-leadershipneeded to coach a self-organizing team
- Served as an Agile coach for Finance and HR functions at program level for a large mining organisationto support Agile@Scale transformation and introduced key mindset shifts and agile values and principlesto leadership as well as teams
- Facilitated 'Leading SAFe' and 'SAFe Scrum Master' workshops, customer-centric design sprint bootcampsand brown-bag sessions to upskill teams understanding of Agile ways of working for a large mining firm
- Coached Product Owners and Scrum masters for numerous squads (20+) to transform in Agile ways ofworking and trained in Agile Fundamentals through classroom trainings and inception sessions remoteand in-person
