Transformed the IT delivery team’s way of working at one of Australia’s biggest health/life insurance providers from waterfall to agile, resulting in the release of the CRM (Salesforce) MVP within 6 months from date of purchase
Coached a leading Australian FinTech start-up through its turnaround, resulting in alignment of goals from company down to individual teams’ goals, new cross functional agile teams for the Call Centre operations, and common agile ways of working across the company within 3 months
