Nathan is the Managing Director and Partner for the US region of ADAPTOVATE where he is responsible for the success of our client engagements, the growth of our people, and as a steward of our award-winning culture. With a blend of start-up, deep consulting, and Fortune 500 experiences, he has the unique ability to coach and advise senior leaders along their organizational transformation journeys.
Nathan is also member of the Fast Company Executive Board and has served as a partner for LA Social Venture Partners, a volunteer organization focused on providing expertise and capital for non-profit startups, and a mentor for YearUp, a non-profit dedicated to closing the skills gap for young adults across the country.
Nathan resides in Orange County, CA with his wife and two children. In his spare time, you can find him attending one of his children’s many activites or on the golf course.
