First up - how long have you worked with us?
I started in July 2024
Why did you join us? Were you in the industry previously, or looking for a new career direction?
I became interested in ADAPTOVATE's small, start-up mentality with an entrepreneurial culture after working for several years in a "Big 4" consulting environment.
How has your previous experience and career helped define where you are now? Would you have done things differently?
I took a two-month work sabbatical a few years ago -- I wish I would've extended it longer! I have worked across multiple industries within management consulting. A lot of the business problems companies face are common regardless of their market.
Just working in so many different places allows me to share examples of how other organizations address similar problems.
What is your idea of perfect happiness?
Strong family ties; good health; good energy; financial stability; a trusting, reliable, and kind social circle; minimal stress; and making time to do what you enjoy outside of work -- like a warm, sunny Friday afternoon at Wrigley Field in Chicago!
What is your greatest extravagance
Vacations to Hawaii!

Which talent would you most like to have?
An expert guitar or saxophone player
What do you most value in your friends and in colleagues - and are they different things?
Reliable, decent, honest people -- these are what I value regardless of the type of relationship.
Which historical figure do you most identify with?
Theo Epstein -- former President of the Chicago Cubs (not so much a historical figure, but a non-political leader that I admire)
What is your motto?
Every expert was once a beginner
Finally - You've time travelled back to your 10- year-old self - What advice would you give?
Your moral compass is and always will define who you are and what you stand for. Be committed to whatever you're doing, treat people well and see what happens!
