By working in collaboration with the energy company, ADAPTOVATE led a Design Sprint over five days with 15 representatives from four different countries:
Over the course of the week, teams;
- Identified over 100 pain points and inefficiencies
- Ideated high-impact solutions to address the pain points
- Established priority of the opportunities based on complexity and impact
- Created accountabilities with actionable steps
- Cross-functional agile delivery teams were established and empowered with clear decision rights to test and learn improvements
