Ghaleb El Masri, Partner, Canada
Ghaleb helps organizations start, execute, and deliver their agile business transformation. Ghaleb has worked with executives and teams across the different phases of the business cycle, including the setup of greenfield operations, scaling new business lines, the optimization and turnaround of underperforming businesses, and divestments and integrations.​

Nate Nelson, Partner, USA
Nathan leads ADAPTOVATE’s Los Angeles office, where he supports leaders, teams and companies to form, grow and thrive. As a servant leader, his focus is on building a culture and environment for teams and individuals to accelerate their personal and professional growth.

Charles Tan, Partner, Singapore
Charles leads our Singapore office, and specialises in strategy and operational improvement. He is very passionate about people development, and was responsible for building up and training the in-house strategy team for Telstra Enterprise. Prior to Telstra, Charles was a senior manager at A.T. Kearney, and conducted various engagements in commercial due diligence, business strategy development, operational improvement and strategic sourcing.
