Context

ADAPTOVATE is proud to support Pledge 1% and WSMRC. Western Sydney MRC (in Australia) was formed in 1979 and they have 36 staff and 145 volunteers. The provide services including

• The client is an Australian Not-for-Profit that offers casework and community programs for migrants, refugees and diverse communities

• The board lacked visibility of whether the organization was delivering on its mission and working on the right priorities. Management wanted clear success measures to work towards that aligned with the strategy and future growth areas

• The organization is set to grow significantly over the next few years. The board wanted to ensure that the organization continues to meet client needs and addresses cultural, financial and governance issues during this growth period
