David brings over 20 years of Transformational Leadership in top level management consulting combined with hands on industry experience in leadership roles. David’s management consulting career with EY was across industries and sectors ranging from Financial Services, Manufacturing, Transport and Infrastructure as well as Large Global Corporates and Government. David has extensive experience in Complex Transformational change including Technology Enabled Change, Operating Model Design and Culture Evolution.
Some of David relevant project experiences include:
- Led the Global Change Management for a Global Telecommunications Divestment for the retained organization during the divestment and transition of devices and services business divestment to new Ownership. Implementing new operating model, processes and culture. Nominated for an MCA award.
- Redesigned the change management approach for a Global Process Transformation of an electronics multinational including the deployment of a Common Process and systems programmewhich included the implementation of a Blueprint for SAP and Salesforce. Improving deployment cycle from 18 months to 9 months.
- Led Business Change for a Rail Infrastructure Digital Transformation. This was one of the biggest asset data and Information digitisationof its type in Europe. Primary focus of the role was on business readiness for adoption of the new systems and processes enabling £270m of benefits to be realised. This included the design and development of a Digital Project Portfolio Operating Model.
- Led an E2E Financial Services Process Transformation team to assist in the delivery of the future operating model for the Business and Commercial bank. Moving a traditional Face to Face Branch and Relationship Management approach to an organization that can deliver a great customer experience through a multi-channel approach migrating to online and telephony service provision.
