Led world-wide project teams for 6 Olympic Games, including Rio, Sochi, London, Vancouver, Beijing and Sydney. In Sochi, Russia, he consulted to the local executive team in large workforce scaling to directly grow their team from 8 to 5,750 people in 18 months.
