• Facilitate ways of working sessions for the 200+ people directly impacted by the transformation program, incl. staff in regional locations​​​
• Deliver agile training to the Board, Executives and the wider leadership team ​​​
• Provide on the ground coaching to mobilize six cross-functional program streams, providing them with the tools, processes and techniques to set them up for success​​​
• Develop playbooks to support each stream with their day-to-day activities ​
