We are a global oil and gas company looking to delivery solutions on aspirational environmental goals for water use in our exploration and production operations. We want to align leadership and successully implement new ways of working with our teams. Can you help?

  • Established a PMO to drive continuous improvement and sustain new ways of working​


This challenge was complex because:

  • An increased global demand for oil also put added pressure to achieve their goals with minimal disruption to production​​
  • The water strategy team needed to quickly implement solutions that were sustainable both environmentally and economically
