Identify opportunities to close gap between current operating state and desired state through root cause diagnostic
Co-design a new rail supply chain solution delivering a 30% increase in exports with improved reliability, with no additional capital expenditure and optimized asset utilization
Pilot and iterate the solution across multiple business units and external stakeholders to validate and deliver the solution
