ADAPTOVATE announce new senior appointments in their Sydney and London offices

Global consulting company continues to grow with new senior appointments and promotions.

ADAPTOVATE, a global management consulting company head-quartered in Sydney has promoted three women into senior and leadership positions. As well, they are happy to announce a new round of promotions from within their growing team.

Laura Scott has been with the company for just over four years. Laura has been appointed Partner in Sydney. Laura said, “I’m Incredibly proud and excited to be promoted to Partner at ADAPTOVATE. I’m deeply passionate about working in partnership with our clients to bring them real perspectives and help them to achieve their business objectives whilst being an integral part of a world class team. I’m excited by the impact I can drive to grow our business, lead our teams and do what I love to do.”

Katy Brown has been with the company for five years in December. Katy has been appointed Principal, Sydney. Katy said, “It’s been a fantastic and rewarding experience to grow alongside ADAPTOVATE and our valued clients over the past five years. I am genuinely thrilled to continue the next chapter of this journey as a Principal.”

Amy Hoare has been with ADAPTOVATE in their London office for two years, and has been promoted to Project Lead, London. Amy said, “It’s been an amazing journey with ADAPTOVATE. Despite some personal challenges relating to my disability over the past 12months, ADAPTOVATE has given me the support and flexibility to continue to grow in my role, whilst prioritising my health. I am looking forward to building on my career, whilst having the confidence I will be supported with balancing and prioritising my health & wellbeing.”

ADAPTOVATE also announced the promotion of another 13 team members globally, from offices in Australia, Los Angeles, Toronto, Singapore, and Warsaw.

In 2023 their global expansion plans have included establishing a new team in Dallas, focusing on our London, Munich and Warsaw office expansions whilst continuing to be an employer of choice retaining their Great Place to Work certification in Toronto, Singapore, Sydney, Los Angeles.
