  • Identify opportunities to close gap between current operating state and desired state through root cause diagnostic​
  • Co-design a new rail supply chain solution delivering a 30% increase in exports with improved reliability, with no additional capital expenditure and optimised asset utilisation​
  • Pilot and iterate the solution across multiple business units and external stakeholders to validate and deliver the solution
