Our higher education institution came to us with this challenge:

We are a large Australian education provider, which is half way through a three year transformation program. The program is designed to elevate us into a leading educator and trainer that is financially sustainable for the long term. The transformation has been complex involving many people, processes and technologies. Some programs have started and some haven’t yet begun. We need to align all our seven programes and articulate the dependencies and optmise the delivery, by creating a unified single implementation plan. Can you help?

In collaboration with the Education provider ADAPTOVATE helped to accelerate their transformation, helping them to achieve benefits sooner through program sequencing, improved risk management, and business alignment through human centred design.
