The Australian arm of an international development and humanitarian organisation came to us with this challenge:

Our organisation started over 80 years ago, and has such we have legacy habits we need to change. We see silos across the business, resulting in lack of collaboration, transparency and ownership of delivery of outcomes that align to strategy. We believe we need to change our mindset, our culture and our ways of working to achieve better outcomes to meets the needs of modern day environments. Can you help?

In collaboration with the humanitarian organisation , ADAPTOVATE better aligned the executive team, linking strategy to work and cascaded OKRs to six more teams.

Our results:


Through a series of workshops with the CEO and leadership teams, we:

  • Provided remote training on OKRs, roadmaps and, integration of roadmaps into operating rhythms​
  • Set measurable Annual Objectives with Key Results (OKRs) to link the 5-year organisational strategy to work being delivered​
  • Cascaded and broke down OKRs into a delivery roadmap for 6 teams through ideation sessions, with work prioritised according to impact ​
  • Introduced the leadership and teams to easy access digital artefacts which could be used across the organisation to help improve collaboration across teams and provide transparency on working being delivered​
